YIELD: 6 TURKEY FAJITA
COOKING TEMP: 375F PORTION: One
COOKING TIME: 5 MIN COOKING PAN: FRY PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Turkey brst boneless : 1 1/2 lb 1. Cut raw turkey into strips.
| Lime juice : 1/2 cp 2. Combine juice, garlic, oil, cumin,
| Garlic minced : dash onions, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
| Oil : 1/2 cp 3. Pour over turkey and let set for 3
| Cumin : 1 Tb hours.
| Onions minced : 6 Tb 4. Drain meat. Reserve marinade. Cook
| Salt : 3/4 ts meat on hot grill.
| Pepper black : dash 5. Add marinade and cook until onions
| Hot pepper sauce : dash are soft.
| Tortilla, flour : 6 6. Divide meat and place on warmed
| Lettuce head : 3/4 cp tortillas. Top with shredded
| Guacamole : 3/4 cp lettuce, guacamole, salsa, sour
| Salsa : 3/4 cp cream and sliced olives. Fold over
| Cream sour : 3/4 cp tortilla to form envelope.
| Olives sliced : 1/4 cp
